Apport Systems is responsible to protect and treat personal data correct within this privacy policy. We want to give you transparency in relation to your information and how we treat them at Apport Systems.

Personal information is data which we have collect in your connection with the use of our services. It means you have downloaded or used the resources, which we make available to you on our website (Whitepapers, newsletters, seminars or other events).  

We use the personal data you have actively provided us by filling out a form. Furthermore, we use the information to send you relevant and usable material and to adapt the further communication or enhance your experience when using our website.

We cannot send you information without your permission, therefor it is necessary that you actively fill out a form on our website.

The personal information we collect will never be sold or shared with a third party. However, this does not apply if the purpose is internal such as support on our systems. 

Your data is stored in our CRM-system which is connected to our website. With passwords, backups and encryption we ensure your information in the best possible way. In relation to retention of your information, they are not stored longer than necessary in order to achieve the purposes for which the information is collected. 

There are different requirements in the law for all personal information collected which means depending on what information it is and what the purpose of the information is the requirements vary.
