Who do we share your personal data with?
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share personal data with suppliers and business partners who help us operate our website, CRM system, marketing activities and other digital solutions.
This may include our CRM provider as well as platforms such as Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
When a supplier processes personal data on our behalf, this is done under a data processing agreement that requires the supplier to process the data only in accordance with our instructions and applicable data protection legislation.
Transfers to countries outside the EU/EEA
Some of our suppliers, including Google, Meta and LinkedIn, may process or transfer personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA, including the United States.
When this occurs, we ensure that a valid legal basis for the transfer is in place. This may, for example, be the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful and recognised transfer mechanism.
How long do we retain your personal data?
We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
As a general rule, we delete or anonymise marketing-related data after 24 months of inactivity, unless there is another lawful basis for retaining it for longer.
Personal data included in accounting records is retained in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
